Corporate Functions

 

The Ashley Hotel hosts many Corporate Functions every year including trade shows, seminars, corporate speakers, product launches and AGM's to name a few.  We can accommodate and cater for up to 180 guests for meetings or cocktails, buffet style or full table service dining.

Our Rimu Room is 10 metres x 15 metres and has large double doors from the rear car park providing access for large displays and equipment and can also link to an external marquee if required.  Large floor to ceiling doors can also split the Centre into two rooms Rimu 1: 10 metres x 9 metres and Rimu 2: 10 metres x 6 metres. Both have separate entrances.

Comprehensive technical services and equipment are available on-site.  Our equipment includes overhead and data projectors, data projection screen, whiteboard, portable staging, video, televisions, sound system and lectern. Some hire charges apply for equipment and other equipment or technical services can be arranged upon your request.
